After the film, I can't wait to start reading the book. My expectations are very high but I'm sure that I will like. I don't know if any of you read the book but let me know if that happen and give me your opinion :)

"Sense and Sensibility" was a book that has deceived me. The ending was not what I was planning, it was much better! I think both main characters are very different, in fact the opposite,

Of the two, I can say that I identify more with Marianne. She is a lively girl, adventuress, impulsive, romantic, dedicated, ambitious and loves music just like me. I can say that when I read the book I changed my opinion on certain subjects, in particular on the exposition of my feelings.

Like her, I fell in love with a man who disappointed me. It was good to happen to me while I was reading the book because I grew up with her and she ended up helping me to move on. I'm still a little bit like Mariana yet I've learned to control myself, and I know she did the same. Elinor is a character that I admire so much. She has a strength, an ability to cope with all the dramas. I think in this aspect we see a bit of Jane Austen because she had to have the ability to hear everything from everyone, good or bad.

 

For me, this is the best novel ever!

From the beginning, it was always a book that made me want to read more and more. In each chapter, there is a new emotion, a new drama, a new disappointment and a new lesson. We learn something new about the characters and in the end, everything is clear. Everything happened for a reason and this is what makes the whole story so special!

With this book I have learned that we must not let our pride speak for us because sometimes we want to be so superior that we do not realize that we can make mistakes, making mistakes is part of life. It's ok.

Recently, nemo publisher launched a graphic novel Pride and Prejudice, rewritten by Ian Edington and designed by Robert Deas. It's like bringing a black and white film to color without taking his class.
